About The Project

Overview: Team Fortress Classic remains a very fun game. Because there have been so many resources created for it over the years, they are quickly fading away with expiring domains and vanishing websites. Sadly many of these sites have their resources tied away in databases that The Internet Archive could not crawl. As such the availability of these files is diminishing. The things I have collected for building my TFC server will be organized and carefully repackaged for easier use here. Thumbnails will be collected, res files generated, and zip files repackaged for some nearly 2500 maps.

Maps

In Progress: Started repackaging project 2008-05-24. Original maps are available on the anonymous FTP site in the folder team_fortress_classic/maps/. Latest update shows progress in extracting maps. Writing the logic to aid in verifying links to resources such a models and stock sounds needs to be done.
