TokenSpace - [2007-09-15 to Present]
Using unique UUID(v4) keys, this organizational data structure has been slowly developing since 2004 as a hobby. Atomic objects, variables, and schemata seek to form a simple yet extensible structure for modeling complex data sets. Python was chosen as an initial platform for its memory management, set operations, the existence of docstrings, and how indenting defines statement blocks. The long-term goal is to leverage symbolic iteration to provide a rich set of tools for open-to-all asynchronous collaborative planning of a subterranean rail packet-switched, routed mass transit network feasibility study. Everything from tapered roller bearing selection to thickness of the tunnel dimensions. Atomic flags to indicate engineering approval per-person per-object per-layer, or to place an immediate stop on possible trouble sources with exact detail. Simple data structures with an emphasis on: complete, absolutely referenced, and spatially-documenting based upon linked dependencies. It is planned to leverage path-dependent inheritance for undefined properties. The Big Hairy Audacious Goal of this TS project would be, "To forge an infrastructure paradigm in which a decentralized distributed coordinated key network promotes new cooperation possibilities in the realm of trusted versioned transactional metadata."
APRS Weather Spotter View - [2008-07-18 to Present]
Combining animated radar overlays with spotter position reports. Project for the Heartland Hams amateur radio group of southwest Iowa Skywarn storm spotters and their associated net control operation.
Team Fortress Classic File Repository - [2008-05-24 to Present]
Over the years I have gathered approximately 2500 TFC maps, as well as other plugins, models, and useful sprites. This project aims to organize all of these resources on the anonymous FTP site for public download. Web pages will be generated with screenshots to form a useful library of TFC maps. All zip files will be manually repackaged so they have a proper ".res" file and satisfy all resources needed by the BSP. Once this is done, any map can be extracted at the game's root directory. Also the proper res files can be used for shared dependency checking during removal of unwanted [maps'] extracted files.
Revenge of the Jedi MUD - [2000-09-00 to Present] [n>2000 hours]
This telnet text-based role playing game is a full time hobby. It is categorized as project here because a lot of useful tools are produced for working on it. Playing, building, and fixing things in a massive world of mobiles, rooms, objects, triggers, and tons of code makes for a very interesting hobby.
Liquid Nitrogen Experiments and Demonstrations - [2008-05-24 to Present]
An attempt to summarize some of my favorite Liquid Nitrogen demonstrations. To be an ongoing collection composing a brief summary without detailed instructions. Send in your ideas, URLs, or suggestions!
Open Engineering Platform - [Future]
Future project which is the most anticipated focus of attention for my collection of projects. The TokenSpace efforts seek to provide the organized functionality for managing ideas, designs, and symbolic calculations. Vision of parts, assemblies, and control theory mixed into a networked common object medium that is user-extensible. Hopefully this will be an open-to-all organized effort to design new things with active feedback from others. The primary interest and intent remains to be the subterranean mass transit rail network feasibility study project below.
Subterranean Mass Transit Rail Network Feasibility Study - [Future]
Future project which is hoped to have an asynchronous networked open-to-all engineering competition of total design. Part design, bearing selection, economics, material selection, assembly selection, manufacturing processes. All-encompassing best-fit total design with millions of possible combinations at multiple design levels, leveraging symbolic and numerical optimization to help engineers explore the quality and scope of their available options. Intended to derive a generated collection of solution metrics for a packet-switched, autonomous, subterranean, rail transportation network which is an entirely self-powered centerpiece of economic infrastructure for expeditious transit.

About Everything

About The Website
For all the information not able to be readily conveyed with a business card, this site makes an attempt to list some of the many relevant resources that are in play. It is a public sink where I try to publish and document my works with the hopes of useful things being built by someone. Projects are described in detail with linked resources that aim to explain or perhaps even clarify what is trying to be rendered in text. The website could use fancy database driven tools or be filled with eye candy, but I favor plain XHTML markup with some CSS using few or no images at all. Static files, faster rendering, and small file sizes are what I consider an ideally lean web site. All focus here is given to the information presented. Thank you again to haran of OSWD for providing the Gila Two base from which I derived this web site layout.
About The Server
Spare parts combined into a headless toaster. Minimal services are enabled with minimal configuration. Firewall rules are beautifully crafted with the help of shorewall to configure the linux netfilter. Several publicly accessible services are available at the following locations:
Private SSH tunnels to verify against host key fingerprint:

About The Author
Not many details here. My interests and projects should convey enough about the person writing this. Any free time is spent either developing my projects or lurking in some of the computer games I enjoy. Feel free to contact me for anything via the next section.
About The #8 Sheep
One of three Serta Counting Sheep I bought for a friend's birthday (Serta used to sell "sheep stuff" plushies and whatnot). This creature is perpetually amusing and perpetually happy. It is in charge of keeping this server up-to-date with patches and upgrades. The #8 Sheep has been known to play RUSH 2 for Nintendo 64, as well as hoof-dial someone before battering and scratching the microphone in a multitude of ways to communicate. Sniffing and growling are also known communication methods. The sheep has his own "Adventures of the Sheep" website at hoofables.com.
